Durable and large; awesome customer service
This vehicle trash receptacle is fantastic, but the customer service of the manufacturer, Lusso, was beyond expectations. I ordered the trash can weeks ago, but Amazon lost it in transit. As is common these days, the company followed up to inquire if I liked their product. I informed them Amazon lost it, but I was still waiting to see if it would eventually arrive. They immediately offered to send me a free one and I could keep the lost one if it ever showed up. I thanked them but told them I was happy to just reorder one and pay for it. About a week later, I requested a refund through Amazon for the lost item. Immediately, a different Lusso rep contacted me again to ask if I disliked their product; hence, the refund request. I again let them know it was lost. They insisted this time that they replace it free of charge for the inconvenience, which is exceptional, since it wasn’t at all their fault. It arrived quickly and it was worth the wait.The pros:⁃ It’s REALLY well made and sturdy. This is definitely not the average car trash can you’d buy at a car wash or Walmart/Autozone. I’ve had those ones and they suck.⁃ It’s big, so you don’t have to constantly empty it.⁃ It comes with a removable and washable liner in case anything spills in it.⁃ It has a zip panel pocket in the front and two mesh pockets on its sides.⁃ The strap is adjustable and it also comes with some Velcro fasteners to secure it to a vehicle panel if needed.⁃ In the event you want to insert a disposable trash bag, it has little hooks on each side to secure the bag.⁃ I like that it has a lid flap so I’m not looking at a bucket of trash all the time.⁃ It looks nice and goes great with the black leather in my vehicle.The cons:⁃ It’s big, so it doesn’t fit in the typical places you might want to put it in the front passenger area. I don’t typically have any passengers in my vehicle, so I secured it to the passenger seat headrest with the provided strap and it works great. It was easily removable last week when I actually did have a passenger. I think this would be awesome in the backseat if I had a minivan full of messy kids.⁃ I noticed some of the other vehicle trash cans on Amazon come with their own disposable mini-trash bags; this one doesn’t. I wish it did because putting a grocery-store bag in there and wrapping the handles around those little hooks really messes with the aesthetic and they don’t fit well inside of it.⁃ The hard plastic band that holds the shape around the top was a little difficult to get in, but serves its purpose once placed through the Velcro sleeve so the bag doesn’t collapse.Overall, I’m really impressed with this product, but even more pleased with their customer service, which is a rarity these days. I’ve since purchased another vehicle organiser that holds files and other random items, and it’s really awesome as well. Thanks Lusso!

Size, ease of use, and quality of materials is perfect
I received my second Lusso product with the same satisfaction I am used to with Lusso in purchasing a product that arrived as advertised or better. The waste-bin has a thick plastic insert that fits inside the outside rim that holds it open, so it doesn’t close down. My bin is attached to the back of the front passenger seat from the headrest. I can reach the flip-top lid easily to throw things away from the driver’s seat. For people traveling with children, I would gladly get 2, one for each headrest. The depth is about the size of a plastic grocery bag (we shop at Publix), and this is important because there are clips on either side of the bag so you can actually just insert a grocery bag inside. There are clips on each side of the bin for the grocery bag handles making dry trash easy to remove. The leak-proof sturdy-gauge interior removable bag looks very sturdy to catch any leaks that happen and is easily removed via velcro to wash and return. There are is a generous mesh pocket on the outside for phone, and other pockets for pens, sanitizer,etc. The strap is adjustable with a typical squeeze-clip and I always tie off the extra strap to keep from slipping (as a preventive measure). It looks really nice. There are two optional velcro tabs close to the bottom on the back with adhesive on one of the velcro tabs to affix to the back of the seat or door to keep it still, but I prefer it hanging down vertically on its own. Easy on, perfect size, holds open, cleanable, uses optional disposable bags nicely, and looks great. Lusso has good quality car organizing solutions. I do not have anything to do with the company, nor do I know anyone from the company but I am just very satisfied with the two purchases I have made so far.

Perfect for vehicle clutter
Perfect for all the dirty tissues the kids generate, receipts I collect, and gum wrappers. It’s great to have an uncluttered truck. It installed easily in seconds. I’ve had it for 9 months and it seems very durable and still looks great. Easy to empty.

Good, nice quality, one flaw that does not allow for airtight seal
This works as described, seems well made and looks nice. It could work for more than just a garbage can…a handy storage comes to mind. The only issue I have with it and the reason for 4 stars is the lid does not totally line up with the rim so the close is not really tight. This could easily be remedied by having velcro tabs around the lid. The plastic piece that forms the lid and is the installation required is a little hokey and I”m sure done for shipping purposes and this is why the shape of the opening is not really hard fixed.

I use this product with the ‘stupid car tray’ I hang it Infront of it. it is my passenger and best friend for a daily commuter.no complaints it’s sturdy easy to clean and leak proof it seals okay sometimes you need to manually adjust it but for the most part it fits perfectly over the top.a little expensive but I feel it was worth the purchase for the amount of time i’m in my car.

Perfect car trash can
I always have trash all over my car and could never find something that worked for me. This is it. I love the hard, hinged cover. It’s great because you can put a bag inside but don’t have to. I will be getting more for my other vehicles and Christmas gifts.

Not what I expected, but it gets the job done.
The Lusso Gear Car Trash Can with Lid and Removable Liner isn’t exactly what I imagined, but it works fine. The removable liner makes cleanup easy, and I really like that it has a lid to keep trash out of sight.It’s practical, functional, and does the job, just don’t expect anything fancy.

Für mich sehr praktisch. Habe ein Coupe, hinten sitzt zu 99,9% niemand. Der Mülleimer hängt somit hinter dem Beifahrer Sitz und der Müll wandert direkt dort rein, anstatt das er sich auf dem Fußboden aufhäuft

Behälter hängt im Auto und hat die erste längere Tour in Richtung Süden gut überstanden. Kids haben endlich einen vernünftigen Abfallbehälter, wo Beutel entleert werden kann und ein Deckel zum Abdecken des Mülla vorhanden ist. Kläre Kaufempfehlung!

Bonne surprise pour cette poubelle de voiture.L’article est bien pensé, bien réalisé et le materiel de bonne qualité.Il y a une armature plastifiée à insérer dans le tissu de l’ouverture, ainsi qu’un fond à rabattre. C’est ce qui permet de lui donne sa forme.Le second sac imperméable tient à l’intérieur grace à du velcros et on peut ajouter un sac en plastique maintenu par les petits crochets sur les cotés. C’est vraiment bien conçu.Perso je l’ai acheté pour stocker les affaires de mon chien (laisses, colliers…) donc plus comme un rangement.Bref, très pratique.

Wir haben für unseren Oldie-Camper-Bulli einen Abfalleimer gesucht und uns dann für dieses Modell entschieden. Das Ding ist wirklich praktisch, man kann ihn gut mit 20l Müllbeuteln nutzen, der Deckel schützt gut vor Geruch und Herausfallen und dank der verschiedenen Gurte und Klettpunkten lässt er sich auch gut befestigen. Die abgerundete Form und der weiche Stoff sind gerade auf engem Raum sehr praktisch. Volle Kaufempfehlung!
