This lumbar support cushion has completely changed the way I sit during long hours at my desk. Great lumbar support for extended sitting – well-made and comfortable
I purchased this kasney Lumbar Support Pillow in light blue to take to my meditation class. My back, especially my lower back, aches when I sit too long, and this pillow makes sitting on a hard chair for an hour much more bearable.The ergonomic memory foam provides excellent support exactly where I need it. It’s firm enough to support my lower back effectively but comfortable enough for extended sitting. The difference it makes during hour-long meditation sessions is significant.The pillow is attractive and well-made – the light blue color is nice, and the construction quality seems solid. It’s also portable enough to carry to class easily, which was important for me.I give it 5 stars. For anyone who struggles with lower back discomfort during extended sitting – whether for meditation, office work, or driving – this lumbar pillow is an excellent investment. Light and almost witty with plenty to say for those almost always-gripey muscles.
After somewhat backbreaking lurches up the hill with a heavy laundry bag, this support pillow is nearly the cat’s meow. And it’s portable. No need for a support system as big as Rhode Island on a particularly expansive day. Nope. This one is light, fits well, and provides lumbar support. I move it around the room–from workspace to sofa to easy chair. And its durable. Not filled with fluff like other high-dollar support systems are.

This pillow is super comfortable and gives great lower-back support. The memory foam feels high quality, keeps its shape, and really helps with posture during long hours at my desk and in the car. It’s made a difference
The sedentary lifestyle… what’s the expression, now? Oh yeah: “Sitting is the new smoking.” Too much time sitting for my job, as well as getting up there in years, I’ve been dealing with lower back pain on my left side. I read a bit on this issue and kept seeing recommendations for a lumbar support pillow. Well, I have a great SecretLab desk chair — that I spent entirely too much $$ on — and it came with one. Initially, it was just awkward and uncomfortable so I stashed it… at least I thought I did. I couldn’t find it anywhere, so I picked up this little guy on a whim. I’ve been using it for about a week now and it’s actually made a difference. The lower back pain has really minimized. Some add’l points:* It takes a bit to get used to. I’ve had to alter my sitting position in the chair, to accommodate. This initially put a bit of strain on my “glutes.” So, I’ve needed to shift in my chair every so often to get comfortable again.* You’ll need to reposition it periodically. It tends to slip around a bit because there’s no strap on it to hold it in place.These things aside, it’s been a decent help to my back pain. So, why knock off a star? It’s a little, 16″ wide by 8″ high pillow… $19 is a little steep. (But, I guess I’m being a bit hypocritical… $19 for something that’s making me feel less pain is a pretty good deal, right?)

Size is too big I thought it was smaller but it’s not good for chair or sofa but not a good deal for Car seat.

Worked great until the weather turned cold (freezing, zero degrees Celsius and below) at which point it turns into a stone hard blob. So if you are blessed with above zero temperatures all year around, it is a fine product. If you have cold winters and you want to keep using it in your car, it’s not going to work.
