Best flavor for frequent use
I basically only drink water with LMNT in it these days, and this is the only flavor I can tolerate when drinking it that often. The other flavored ones taste good but way too sweet if you drink them often, and the unflavored one just tastes gross especially if you drink it often. The citrus flavor is perfect, it’s flavorful enough to mask the salt taste, and not so sweet that it tastes gross or cloying. I’ve tried other brands and I’ve tried going back to normal water but unfortunately for my wallet LMNT wins – superior hydration, clean ingredients, quality product.

Best electrolyte I have found so far.
Excellent for dysautonomia. This raw unflavored type has no stevia and feels much better and cleaner than most other electrolytes I have tried. I need to take several packs a day so the price is a bit much but worth it because it feels clean. Another brand I use is Saltt – also quality. These two are my go to brands for salts. The packets are easy to pour (moreso than saltt) the powder mixes easily, it tastes a bit like salt water, and as far as I can tell it has no smell. Excellent product.

Helpful inclusion for the daily wellness routine
Definitely helps with daytime morning fatigue which I never realized could be due to salt but makes a lot of sense since all of our neurons use sodium to fire. But not as effective for my cramps and I’ve been drinking 4-5 G of sodium a day. Also effective for lightheadedness. Would highly recommend though it can get expensive so you may want to ask your AI chat bot on how to make this at home since it could be done so for pennies. Nonetheless the portability and flavor options make it a great option that is reliable for when you need it like travel or partying or intense activity

I’ve been using LMNT electrolytes daily and love how clean and effective they are. Yummy Hydration Option
Love these for the electrolytes. Bought this pack because I’ve sampled a lot of the flavors and raspberry is my favorite. Definitely tastes salty and mixes well when using a blender bottle. I got these for hydration during pregnancy and realized after they arrived they are not recommended for pregnant women. My husband enjoyed them though!

Excellent electrolytes for a good price
the BEST electrolytes I’ve ever tried. I don’t mind the saltiness, I actually enjoy it, but the stevia in these really balances out the flavor. Orange tastes so similar to orange gatorade, same with the lime! Raspberry tastes like an Otter Pop!! The only one I don’t love is watermelon, I feel that the salt flavor outweighs the fruit flavor. But nonetheless, I will continue to buy these and drink them! Great for pregnancy, they make drinking water so much more fun. I haven’t honestly noticed a huge difference in my energy. I do think these help with headaches however! They dissolve super easily and quickly.

Best Electrolytes on the market!
10000000% the best electrolytes I’ve ever used! At first I struggled with how salty they were but now it’s not an issue! They help me stay hydrated through the day so my body can use the water I’m drinking instead of the water just flowing right through me! I feel 100% better when I take them, they have amazing ingredients! And the flavors are phenomenal. No dyes, no sugar, zero calories! Perfect for those with fitness goals and those without! I love the citrus and orange and watermelon salts!

Awesome choice if you are breast-feeding and need to stay hydrated
This absolutely tastes amazing and I know it says that you can put it with so many ounces, but I put it with 40 and it still nice and strong. So yes I know they are pricey, but it’s absolutely phenomenal. If I could afford it, I would constantly have this in stock. Thank you LMNT for making such a yummy tasting product. I desperately needed help for hydration when I was breast-feeding. And even though I’m still breast-feeding by far, it has helped me the most keep hydrated to make the most breastmilk. I just wish I could afford keeping it in stock. But I notice a substantial difference when I take this consistently. I literally make at least 3 to 4 ounces more per pumping. I love how hydrated it makes me.
