Best flavor
My absolute favorite brand of electrolytes. The flavors are my favorite part. I really like this brand because the salt content isn’t as high as some others like LMNT. It has about half the salt which is great for days where I am not losing a lot of sweat but want to still have my electrolytes. I can also still use on my high sweat days and feel great with the amount of salt. I buy these on repeat!

Quality Product
I use this item after strength training or after high intensity cardio workout. It is sugar free, and includes quality electrolytes that are needed for good recovery. My favorite flavor is the Blood Orange!

Great Hydration And Mood Boost!!
Overall, big fan of the IQ Mix/Bars!! They offer great hydration and most def a nice little mood boost. I love the piña colada and passionfruit flavors, but unfortunately, I am not a fan of the iced tea/lemonade or the raspberry lemonade. Those two flavors have a weird off taste to me 😕 I guess I have to buy the piña colada and passionfruit separate now. I am not sure if you guys are able to get those two flavors as a 20 pack??

Drinking water, getting better nutrition.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Trying to do a healthier choice of…everything and I’ve wanted to try the electrolyte mixes for a long while. After a little research, I selected the 20 package – sampler (but you are supposed to do 2 a day), and I’ve not been disappointed. It’s only been 7 days, but there’s a noticeable difference in my day. Sleep is the first thing I noticed that improved. Then, frequency of bathroom trips. I had kidney stones in February and was advised to really amp up my water intake. No mention of electrolytes from any of the ER staff, but I did most assuredly double my water intake. A smart friend mentioned electrolytes a while back and I finally remembered, and again, started researching. I mix these in a 20 oz container 1/2 filled with ice and filled the rest of the way with water. Add a packet, and shake it up. I let the ice melt a bit before I drink – the mix is really smooth -that’s exactly the thing that will keep me drinking a product. As for grit on the bottom, absolutely there is a bit of settling if you let your drink sit there for a bit, and I do. Just close the top of the shaker bottle, mix it up and then no more grit. Why do people complain about something that is not really a problem? Just mix it up again. Great taste, smooth drinking, and I’m having positive results with only 7 days of use. I only wish they’d be able to make this a bit cheaper. I’m a writer, and I don’t get an urge to dance and sing, but I do also notice I’m not getting that afternoon ugh-gotta take a break type slump. I do get up and walk outside as often as I can every 2 hours, and do other things while at home, I’m not glued to my desk, but I feel a little different somehow – like I’m able to focus. We’ll see-I think a month would be a better test period. Maybe there’s a discount for larger portions–I’ll have to go back & check. Glad to have found this, will be ordering more. Pineapple is totally my favorite of the two flavors – passionfruit is good, but I like the pina colada taste better. No side effects noticed at all. Drinking water, getting better nutrition.

Tasted great in cold water, warm water, even hot green tea. Gives me calm energy and hydration. I’ve tried lots of electrolytes including LMNT but these are my favorite and the peach mango is the way to go.

Unexpectedly good—-better than the brand all over YouTube
Couldn’t find any sugar-free electrolytes locally that had all the right stuff in it. Had to order it. After seeing tons of LMNT ads all over the keto and carnivore YouTube videos, I was already sold on it. But I decided to get this brand as well, and boy am I glad I did!I’ll say upfront that this is just my opinion, and somebody else may totally disagree, but the IQ mix was far superior over LMNT. Gagging down LMNT was a real chore, but the IQ mix was enjoyable, especially after I got used to it the first time. For someone who has been strict carnivore for a long time, they might prefer prefer LMNT because there is no sweetness at all. It’s also twice as salty. The saltiness didn’t bother me as much as the really odd and unenjoyable flavor. The IQ mix with the total opposite.Now you can’t compare these electrolytes to a regular drink mix that you add to water. It won’t be a sweet. But it is pretty sweet. So if you’ve been completely sweetener free for a long time, you might not want iq mix, especially if you’ve been a long time carnivore. But if you are a regular keto dieter, or you just recently started keto or carnivore, this might be for you.The flavor was good. It was pretty sweet but (to me) not overly sweet. Definitely salty, but not in a bad way at all. The flavors were really good. And while I didn’t notice much of a difference on LMNT, I definitely felt better on IQ mix. I was hoping for more of an effect, but it was still pretty darn good. I felt less fatigued, almost no brain fog, and I felt more motivated to drink throughout the day. I also felt a lot less hungry. I am definitely re-ordering more!I will drink the rest of the LMNT sample packets while I am waiting for my next IQ mix order to arrive, but I’m not looking forward to it. (To be fair I’ve only had the LMNT mango chili, but it was SUPER gross.) My favorite IQ mix flavors are, in order: blood orange, blueberry pomegranate, and lemon lime. I haven’t had the peach mango yet. I didn’t think I would care much for the lemon lime, but it was actually really nice.If you go into this expecting a drink mix that is less sweet then your average water flavoring packets, and slightly salty, but still plenty of flavor, I think you’ll like this. I also feel like the flavors are a little different than usual, which is nice.I would love to see more flavors come out, That would be great!
