Good blend of superfood extracts
I got these for my mother who is always looking into immune system boosting herbs and loves elderberry for that.It’s always nice when a supplement has multiple things in it instead of just one ingredient.There is quite a bit of b12 in it, might be more than some people would want.The preservatives are just the usual ones, magnesium sulfate being the only one that I know of people that try to avoid.Same size and taste as any other cellulose capsule, easy enough to swallow with a bit of water or saliva.

Fruit extracts!
These ticked off all of my boxes for an immune supplement. The label states “Most Potent Elderberry Available 75 mg pure Polyphenols”. It is sugar free and non-GMO. It also contains vitamins C, D3, B12, and Zinc. Besides elderberry it also offers cranberry extract and blueberry extract. The capsules are smaller which I appreciate. However, as you can see in the photo, there were these dark markings in the lid and the cotton that filled the bottle is also stained this same color … the color of the capsules, so it looks like some of the capsules leaked. Not really happy with that, so I am deducting one star.
