When it arrived I was a bit disappointed; seemed cheap. But I took it on a trip and it packed well and it is leak proof on the bottom. If your ice melts and it tips over; then it will leak out of the top/zipper area. We ended up putting some beverages and hotel ice in it for our road trips in the rental car. Folds up flat in a suit case. Good travel companion!

Musty Smell.
It’s nice. Good for lunches or carrying drinks. But! When I received it, it was wrapped in plastic which is fine, but when I opened it, it smelled extremely musty. Like it had been on the shelf in a cellar. I washed it hoping the smell would go away, it did lessen it a little, I had to wash it again and spray with a disinfectant. I’m not going to use it until the smell is gone. I don’t think I”ll be buying another one of these.

It appears that someone tried to replicate this bag. The material is thick canvas, which is a positive aspect. However, there is no visible branding badge, no cutlery pocket, and no insulation inside as shown in the pictures. The finishing quality is not impressive either. Overall, it’s an average purchase.
