Attractive with Convenient Size
The customer service is EXCELLENT! I love this travel mug for coffee. It’s a perfect size to fit compact/travel coffee makers (I use Horavie) and fit in my purse or my everywhere-bag without the fear of leaking (be sure to tighten lid COMPLETELY.) I’ve used it many time for a functional mocktail/cocktail shaker. The drinking opening in the lid holds the ice back when pouring and the tightened lid prevents leaks when shaking. The stainless steel promotes the chilling and I can use it as a non-breakable tumbler for poolside.

My old one does not leak. New one does. Both hold heat well.
I bought this tumbler over a year ago and decided to buy another one. I like everything about it but most of all it didn’t leak. The lid has a small flip over cover that snaps into place never leaks. This new one was slightly different. The flip closure did not snap closed. When I turned it over and water poured out in a small stream. I decided to fill it with hot water to see if the lid material would soften and mold itself to seal. I made sure the cap was firmly screw in, closed the flip cover firmly on the lip, then turned the mug over. Water came out again but then slowed to a trickle and eventually stopped. The next day, same test, leaks about 2 drops per second. Both old and new kept hot liquids hot. Started with 207 degree hot water. One hour and 15 min later about 147 degree. Still hot enough.I like the tumblers. I have confidence that one will not leak either while in the cup holder while driving or in my gym bag ( would still place it in a medium plastic bag ). The other one that leaks, place in a cup holder or in your hands only.

Perfect size, good quality, affordable
I had been eyeballing this for a while as a gift idea for my dad; Christmas is near so it’s a great opportunity. It’s the perfect size, and I like the screw-on lid and drinking aperture lock. It should work well, and it was affordable. I’m really impressed with it for the price. If I didn’t already have a couple of small tumblers, I would buy one for myself.

Perfect mug! Leak proof and keeps temperature!
Absolutely love this mug! It is definitely leak proof! I also use it for cold beverages. It keeps whatever drink, hot or cold, fresh and at the right temperature. I use it a lot for canned colas. First mug to actually keep carbonation in. Buying more for myself and as gifts! ❤️

Works Well, But Lid Closure Is a Challenge
The sipper lid is a bit hard to close fully, and if it’s not sealed properly, it can cause quite a bit of spillage. I tested it using hot tap water, and after one hour the water was still hot, which is impressive. I’ll update more after using it longer.*** This is Update: the doesn’t stay hot after one and half hours. It was lukewarm. It can only keep hot liquids hot for one hour to one and hour. Not more than that. Didn’t try with cold liquids. I wanted this for hot coffees.*****
