this is it (hopefully), no chemical odor
Over the years, I have spent a lot of time and money buying pillows. I can never seem to find one that fits my needs. I thought this would be a good option to try because this came up as a top rated pillow from consumer reports.I really think this pillow might be the last pillow I ever need. I saw all the good reviews and I also read all the bad reviews. Pillows are very personal, and a pillow that works for one person may not work for the other person but, I decided to give this a try.I was so excited. This was on sale at Amazon and I got it same day. I have a lot of neck issues and pinched nerves so I thought this pillow would help. Once I took it out of the box, I fluffed it up by hand because I don’t have a dryer. Within 15 minutes the pillow was really fluffy. I tested it out. I’m a side sleeper. It didn’t work too well. I removed some of the stuffing which is luxuriously soft. And it seemed to be comfortable. This morning I woke up with a horrible neck and headache. So, I took a little more stuffing out. It seems to feel better now. This gives just the right amount of support. It doesn’t give too much pushback and it also doesn’t go flat. Yes, this will flatten out a little bit when you lay your head on it, but not completely to the mattress flat. I fluff it up before I go to bed and it works great. I think I have it at just the right thickness but we will see how it goes. Surprisingly, it was not too hot for me like others have reported. I do have a temperature control system on the bed so maybe that’s why the pillow temperature didn’t bother me as much. I did not have any pain in my ears from sleeping on a hard pillow. That was a big plus. It gives Justin enough support and not too much pressure so it’s perfect. The outer shell is really nice. The shell and zippers seem to be good quality. I still use a genuine silk pillowcase because I like it. I think this is my forever pillow. I will add an update after I use it for a while if anything changes. I am hoping for good durability. Last thing, this also comes with extra stuffing if you like your pillow, extra high, or if your pillow starts to go flat, you have more stuffing to put in it. Putting your pillow out in the sun or in the dryer once every couple of months will help to keep it fluffy. I don’t think I would ever wash the foam on the inside. There’s no reason for that. The outer shell is what’s going to get most dirty.Just know, I liked it so much I bought another one immediately.

I bought the Coop Eden pillow 5 years ago, and it was the best sleep investment I made. It provides great neck support and is perfectly “medium firm.” When I switched to a regular pillow, my neck and shoulders hurt immediately. I recently replaced it with the Crescent version, and again, no neck pain or stiffness. Still an amazing pillow and totally worth it. You can adjust the filling to your liking. Make sure to fluff it up in the dryer for 15-20 minutes. Worth your money!

The most amazing pillow!!
I have been searching for a pillow that was soft, a little firm, and supported my neck in a way that I could feel comfortable. I’m so finicky about the pillows I use, so I took a chance on this after reading reviews everywhere online that it’s perfect and they last for years. So I took the plunge and said why not, it’s adjustable anyways! This pillow is AMAZING! At first I thought it would be too firm or fluffy for me after taking it out of the dryer to fluff it up, but I was wrong. I was so excited to sleep on it and when I did, literally was the best pillow I’ve put my head on!! It is so comfortable and I had the best nights sleep just night one. I started raving about this pillow to literally everyone even if it’s a tad bit expensive for a pillow. I still think it’s worth it!

Well done, no gimmicky features.
Liking the idea of including extra stuffing instead of selling a normal and overstuffed versions. This way I can overstuff it myself instead of wondering if I bought the wrong wrong version.For shipping, the pillow arrives tightly compressed. The stuffing needs time to expand. Some time in a tumble dryer really helps to expand the stuffing (yeah, instructions recommend this). Another reason for tumble dryer is to blow air through it. The stuffing has a chemical stink that needs to air out. First day was too stinky for sleeping on it. I removed the pillowcase for another hour in the tumble dryer, max air, low heat. Or, maybe just waiting three days would have been enough. Chemical smell is gone now. (one star off for the temporary stink)I like the thick and fluffy flannel pillowcase. The pillow inside is a slick synthetic cloth that slides inside the flannel case, stays smooth. Includes zippers on pillowcase and pillow. Stuffing retains its loft. Condensation from breath and sweat is drawn to the flannel case, and away from the slick synthetic inner cover. I think this will help keep this pillow clean. Well done, no gimmicky features.

Adjustable and comfy
Repeat customer for these pillows. We have been using these pillows for several years and decided it was time to buy new. I love you can adjust the firmness yourself which is great when one person prefers a higher firmer pillow. We already knew how well they hold up and fluff nicely in the dryer too. The extra stuffing comes in handy when you need to freshen them up. I just take out some of the old and add new stuffing and it’s like a new pillow. I bought the waterproof cover and it is very nice and soft. The vinyl is very quiet. I have recommended these pillows to family and friends.

Looks good, solved tons of neck pain, highly supportive
Amazing pillow! I spent a week adjusting the fill every night to get it just right as a side sleeper. Now all of my neck pain is gone! It was driving me nuts, going to chiropractors and thinking I needed a new mattress. Turns out it was just a low end Costco pillow causing my issues.The fill is dense and HIGHLY adjustable, allowing you to dial it in exactly for your comfort. It supports a wide range of heights and shoulder sizes. What’s nice too is that in the case it doesn’t look different from a normal pillow!

I never leave reviews for products, but I just had to cause Coops Adjustable Pillow has transformed my sleeping quality.It did take a few weeks to find the right amount of filling (I like a really low profile pillow) – but once I did it has improved my sleeping quality drastically.Literally for all of 2025 so far, I’ve struggled with poor sleep due to low quality cheap pillows causing me neck/shoulder pain due to misalignment. I used to always but cheap $20 pillows but could never find one that was the right firmness, they were either too low profile or too high profile.But with Coops, I got to adjust the filling just right and finally I’m able to get a good nights sleep.If you struggle with finding a pillow that doesn’t cause neck pain, you need to do yourself a favour and buy this pillow, even with the high price it’s definitely worth it.
