Thin but mighty
Kaiphy Car Seat Protector is a no fuss straight to the point product. First off, it appears to be well made. The stitching is great, and material is of great quality despite being on the thin side. I used this for my 2015 Subaru Outback and it fits perfectly. I like that it does not cover the tether for the car seat LATCH making it easy to locate it when installing car seats. The car seats stay in place which is great. Comes in a pack of two this is definitely a great value for your money. Overall I would definitely recommend this product

It’s cheap quality, but 2 pack for the price is really all you need. Pockets in the front are good. I ishe the top headrest straps were longer.

A must-have for young kids!
These give good coverage for seats without being too heavy or bulky! I appreciate that they cover a bit of the front of the seat as well (the prime place for muddy toddler shoes!). They clip on super easy and stay in place. They are a good level in between sturdy and flexible, to make it adapt to the car seat while still providing protections against indents left by the car seat.

OK – ok for infant car seat coverage
Gearing up for now having 2 car seats in the car: a front/rear facing AND an infant carrier.At least I have the opportunity to “assess” the other car seat protector I have and move one to the other position.(but that would be work)For me, right now we have our older protectors now under the front/rear facing car seat, and these new ones will go under the infant car seat which will go back into use.I will say, that under the front/rear facing carrier, I actually have 2 protectors.The biggest point of these is to protect the seat.so if you have a wider seat, a captains chair, I would advice just using 2 protectors under 1 seat.In my opinion, the cost of using 2 protectors, is better than having to scrub and clean the actual car seat from a spill, vomit, blow out, etc.My neighbor has 3 boys, I would see him outside nearly every 2 weeks power washing the kid’s car seats, (have no idea what was happening that they need to be washed so frequently), but watching him was enough to scare me into getting extra protectors!.(Have the piddle pads already for when potty training happens)and have these disposable diaper sheets that are waterproof for around the floor carpet of the car.Plan for the worst and hope for the best!
