Warm Tip- This car kettle is designed for use in cars. To ensure electrical safety while driving, it takes about 25-30 minutes to boil 400 ml of water. If there is a restriction on the car’s current, the boiling time will be extended by a further 5–10 minutes.

When we go snowboarding or looking at the lights, we like to have hot cocoa when we do (or for after boarding). So I bought two of these for that purpose. They do NOT disappoint! It heats up fast and gets very hot. I’ve tested it also with a digital thermometer and the temps it reads are accurate. The boil feature is nice too in case we wanna make ramen or a dehydrated meal while camping, etc. Overall, this was a great buy. We enjoy it and it works exactly as we expected. I definitely recommend

Water kettle performs well with car socket power!
The first kettle did not work. Amazon replaced it very quickly. The new kettle performs exactly to spec. I would recommend it to anyone with a lighter outlet in their car. You can warm/heat to 212 degrees. I heated water to test it and it performed excellently. Will NOT work off wall current USB ADAPTER.

Great way to boil water for coffee or tea in car.
The electric car kettle works as advertised. Be advised it takes 20 minutes for this to boil 14 ounces of water. I just strategically plug it in while driving and time it for when I will be at the destination and can make a cup of tea or coffee. Very portable, easy pour spout and comes with nice nylon storage bag. Once you read the directions, it is very easy to use & clean up is a breeze.

Works as intended
Got for emergency use after a power outage from Hurricane Helene. It works well in the car. Fits in the cup holder and has a nice, sleek design. Can hold it easily, not bulky. Takes awhile to heat up though. Simple button operation and temperature is shown on the screen.I was also able to plug into an emergency power bank with an Dc to Ac adapter. (My adapter was low powered so may be a different story for a higher capacity adapter.) If using in home, recommend a power strip in addition to the adapter bc wall outlet is too strong and device shuts off for safety. Found device will work on the warmer setting but does not seem to go up in temp on the boil if plugged into the adapter and power strip combo. But for it’s intended purpose it works in the car’s charger just fine. Just pull from the base to get plug out bc it does heat up at the tip. It has a nice little flag on the cord saying that too.

Great but takes about 15-20 minutes to boil.
I can’t say that I love this item but I like it a lot. It takes a hot second to boil liquids and that’s more of a personal gripe because my vehicle doesn’t have many outlets so I don’t have all the patience in the world to give this cup the time it needs to heat liquids which takes about 15 mins or more but that’s a long time when I need to charge my phone. It’s super handy when I’m on the road and want to drink one of my million teas. It’s aesthetically pleasing and it fits in my cup holder. Also it’s slim so it doesn’t hold a ton of water/ liquid… which I’m sure the description mentions the allowable ounces but experience is different, as I was filling this thing up I thought “well that’s not a lot” but to be fair it’s a good amount. Overall great purchase for my needs
