Keeps my tea at the perfect temperature so I can drink it as slowly as I would like!
This mug warmer and wireless phone charger is great. It comes with the cord to charge the pad and the cord can also directly charge the mug. The mug keeps your beverage warm and you can set the perfect temperature. The mug holds 11oz and comes with a lid that closes so there are no spills when you travel with it. The wireless charging station charges the mug wirelessly and your phone at the same time!I am surprised that there is no plug for the charging port on the travel mug since it does get wet during washing. The instructions say not to submerge it so I have been careful not to do that. Also, I find the lid hard to clean, when washing, soap gets under the slider part and I haven’t figured out how to remove it to clean underneath it. So far, I’ve just rinsed water under it until it looked like there was no more soap. But all in all, I like this. I drink tea and just when it gets to the perfect temperature, it keeps cooling so then I have cold tea. But this mug solves that problem and allows me to drink my tea at the perfect temperature until it’s gone. I love it!

Nice size, Nice Gift, good cup with some issues (see below) EDITED after a month
We have have several of these battery powered cups in our family, so I know what others offer and can give some tips on this one. ;)EDIT: After a month I decided to update this from “real life” use. It still has some issues but I find them minor and it’s grown on me. Just shy of a 5 star now … say “4.7”. Biggest issue was the lid – the slide broke off, but I DO bang them when cleaning so it MIGHT have been me! Rest of issues are minor annoyances, few products are perfect, eh? :)Pros:1. Big enough for full 12 Oz plus cream. Many similar “12 Oz” don’t allow for it.2. Nice accurate Temp display and it’s cool it allows 1 degree changes.3. Holds temps accurately. TIP – Be SURE to use the lid! It’s critical for battery life and temp control.4. Battery life is pretty good, currently the best of my cups. EDIT: Battery is EXCELLENT, but slow charge5. Better lid than any of my others. EDIT: Lid is fragile and broke after 3 weeks6. Small item but nice – it’s well packed in a very nice box, PERFECT FOR GIFTING.EDIT: 7. HOLDS TEMP WELL! IT does the best job of maintaining temp of ALL our cups! Big plus.Cons:1. It’s hard to clean the lid under the slide. EDIT: Not a big deal, but don’t BANG it!2. Charging is SLOW. Overnight and it was still flashing the 4th charge bar. I’m an Electronics Tech so I used my fastest charger EDIT: But battery is LARGE so it’s a tradeoff.3. IDK what school the design engineer went to, but they put the display opposite the HANDLE! Equal inconvenience to both Left AND Right handed people I guess! Weird choice, hard to read the temp unless you’re double jointed.4. DOES NOT TURN OFF IF THE CUP IS EMPTY!! BIG ISSUE! I, like other reviewers, have had it turn itself off and ON randomly. Not good. EDIT: It seems it’s a HANDLING issue during cleaning. MINOR, just check it when drying.5. Didn’t put a silicone plug on the USB C port then tells you not to submerge A COFFEE / TEA CUP! Another stupid design choice. EDIT: NO problems washing they must have sealed it internally.Overall, I still like it despite it’s warts. Hope this helped someone 🙂 EDIT: REALLY like it!

Not worth the hassle
The mug is small with thin handles that hurts when holding it. It has turned on by itself because it’s easy to just touch it and it turns on. safe guard to make sure it doesn’t get accidentally turned on needs work.The charging port is not waterproof or even water resistant, there’s no kind of protection around it. I’ve washed this mug a couple times carefully. I have not put it in the dishwasher and have not submerged in water however, the charging port now looks corroded and the mug is not charging when connected directly to the charging port! I had the mug plugged in overnight and it didn’t charge not one bar. now I can only charge it by sitting it on the charging station. however, I’ve lost the capability of having the drink stay at 149° temperature because you need the mug to be plugged in for it to keep that temperature.The mug has also turned itself off within 20 minutes or so with my drink still in it.This is not a quality item and not worth the money. When it does work, it does a decent job with the coffee temperature but too many other issues for my liking.
