This one is helping me quit better than bulk-buying mint flavor
I bought this brand twice in Fruit flavor, before realizing I better spring for a bulk deal and bought the Amazon pack of a million mint nicotine gum – and that was a mistake, and I’m back to this, even though this one is pricier.I compared: on the back of both brands packaging, they are made with the same key ingredient, manufactured by the same facility – just a different flavor. I got Fruit in this brand, Mint in the Amazon brand. You crack the gum and tuck it in your lip, and chew once in a while to re-release flavor. This gum stays soft and the flavor lasts longer. The Amazon mint one, supposedly the same, loses flavor and gets hard quickly. Not good, because I’d use more.I’m quitting vaping, so I found that it was better for me to have this sugary fruit flavor, because I would use only when needed and generally be turned off by too much sugar-feel in my mouth and over-relying on it. The mint flavor of the Amazon feels more socially acceptable, and doesn’t last as long, so I’d chew 2 pieces at a time, consuming more nicotine — not what I want. In the effort to quit, this was the way to go for me.

I’ve been using the 2mg nicotine gum in the Fruit Freeze variety to help cut back on smoking, and it’s made a noticeable difference. The dosage is just right to take the edge off without overdoing it, and it’s been a solid part of my quit plan.I typically use a piece when cravings start creeping in, especially during stressful moments or out of habit. It works fast and helps keep me focused without reaching for a cigarette.The Fruit Freeze version has a cooling feel to it, which I didn’t expect but actually like. It makes it feel a bit more refreshing than regular gum.Not a total solution on its own, but definitely a useful tool in the process.

Gross gross gross. I ve been chewing the same sugar free gum for years. Thought I’d be adventurous and try a new brand. This one is expensive but had good reviews. Tastes amazing for the first minute or so. After that I started to get dizzy and it gave me heart burn. Throwing it all away.

Meh.. it’s fine.
It’s… fine. Tastes is okay, but it does the job when I’m craving a smoke. Doesn’t completely kill the cravings, but it’s better than nothing. Honestly, it’s like chewing on your willpower- kinda bitter, kinda fruity, kinda meh.

I’ve tried nearly every brand of nicotine gum and this is by far the best! The consistency and flavor of the gym last a long time whereas others lose their flavor too quickly and become tough to chew!
