Great for sunburn prevention in summer
I purchased this to use and an all day outdoor sporting event, a multi day event in the summer in Florida. I wanted some sun protection that was more cool to use than having to wear a big hat. I was able to stand out in the direct sun, but have shade under me. It covered my whole body. It is very easy and fast to open and close. This function really well. I had no problems with this. It was durable and worked for me. I also love the low cost. I’m not a hat person, they make me feel hotter. I love how small this is and I love the case. I was able to clip this case onto my travel purse so that it hung from the purse and was easy to access when I needed it. I like that it is so small and lightweight compact that it is does not take up a lot of room to carry around or to take with you for airplane travel.

Good quality, compact and easy to use.
Good quality umbrella that is a great size for backpacks, purses, or to keep in a drawer at work, etc. It’s very lightweight and has a great coverage for one person. The functionality of opening and closing the umbrella is okay. When you first open the umbrella upon receiving you’ll have to unscrew the bottom cap of the umbrella to take out to loosen it and then re-screw it on. Overall I have been pretty happy with the umbrellas as it doesn’t really rain a lot where I am located so it’s a good light weight umbrella to keep around.

I really like these mini umbrellas! The pack of two is a great value, and each comes with a convenient zip case. The small, compact size makes them perfect for a backpack, purse, or taking along for a park day or outdoor event especially in rainy areas. The umbrellas are lightweight, easy to carry, and also great for providing shade on sunny days. The 6-rib windproof design handles gentle breezes well, and they fold down to just 6.9 inches, making them ideal for travel or everyday use. Very useful and practical! Would recommend.

Compact folding umbrella with added UV protection and case
This is similar to other compact folding umbrellas except that it has added UV protection for use in the sun and comes with a nice zippered case. It would be great for taking to sunny sporting events as well as for rain. I just got it and am having a little trouble getting it folded compactly enough to go back inside the case and in getting all six rib tips inside the little ball handle, but that’s probably just me. The UV coating on the underside makes the fabric not quite as flimsy as my old folding umbrella, but this may be because this one is still new. Video reviews show others easily doing this so it should get easier for me. The velcro strap holds it folded so the case just makes it neater and keeps it cleaner. It opens and closes easily enough although not super-smoothly yet. There is one last little push to get it to click in place. It’s a good size for one person to use. I ordered the beige and it’s a very light beige, more of an ivory. The underside is black. Both the case and the umbrella handle have little carry straps.I bought it to take on a river cruise along with my rain jacket and probably won’t bother taking the case in my luggage. At home if I kept it in my car I would use the case, however. I think it will serve its purpose and the added UV protection and zip case are bonuses.

Great Sun Protection but Not Easy to Open
I bought this for a trip to keep from getting sunburned and keep cool. It worked as promised! It is small and easy to store away in a bag. I carried a day bag, and it fit well into a side pocket. My only complaint is that it was not very easy to open. It required a few attempts and some force to get it to catch and hold. Folding it was easier.

Works great for shade only
I used to live in the desert, so I’m accustomed to having umbrellas that are only usable for shade since my last ones worn out I had to replace them with these. I really loved how compact they were. They definitely fold up into the little tiny case easily however they are flimsy so do not expect these to work in the rain and any sort of wind. I used mine for shade and it really helped keep the heat off of me so it did its job.

Perfect for travel
I bought this umbrella to take on a trip with me to Japan. It came nicely packaged and I was very happy with it. The material is durable and I love that it comes in a travel case, it made it very easy to just clip it into my bag and head out when i needed it. Please do be aware that this is a smaller umbrella and it only has room for one person. Another thing to note about it is because it is so small it is kind of flimsy. The umbrella never broke in the wind but it did bend some but in the end it bounced right back and was fine. It works super well and I have had no problems with it. Its easy to use, open, and to put away and I would definitely recommend it for a trip or something to just have in your car for a rainy day.
