Is it normal for the power bank in wireless charging mode to feel warm during use?
Yes, some warmth during wireless charging is normal since the power bank is attached to the back of the phone. This product is certified and safe to use.
Why is wireless charging slower than wired charging?
Wireless charging uses coil coupling, which is typically less efficient than wired charging at the same power output. For faster charging, use the included cable to prioritize wired charging or minimize phone usage.
What do the flashing lights mean on the power bank, and how can I use the stand feature alone?
The power bank has four white battery indicators and one blue for wireless charging. White lights show charging status and stay on until the power bank is fully drained. To use the stand alone, double-tap the button to disable wireless charging.
Can the built-in cable and wireless charging be used at the same time?
Yes. When both wired and wireless charging are active, wired charging is prioritized and wireless charging is disabled. To use both at the same time, press the button twice to reactivate wireless charging (total power will be reduced)
Why does my power bank take so long to recharge?
Avoid using a charger with 5V/1A (5W) or lower output; instead, use one that supports 20W PD or higher. Also check for any foreign objects in the magnetic charging area, as they may trigger the wireless charging switch and cause abnormal recharging.

Really good all around power bank!
I’ve had a bunch of Anker power banks over the years. What can I say. They make great stuff. I’ve never been disappointed. But this one has definitely been a favorite. It’s really compact for a 10,000. It’s got a high-quality feel with a durable build and it functions flawlessly. I use it primarily for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. And I love that it’s MagSafe but usually for faster charging when I clip it to my phone, I just use the built-in USB-C to plug it in directly. The speeds up charging and also reduces heat buildup. This thing can charge your phone from dead to full at least 1.5-2x maybe more. And the built-in kickstand is super useful. You won’t regret buying this, especially if you’re the type of person who goes through a lot of power. Another Anker product for the win 💪🏼⚡️

Great Magsafe Charger with Strong Magnet
I was debating for the last couple weeks if I should make this purchase. I decided to buy it for 29.99 after the charging port on my Iphone has began going out (As they always do after a couple years, forcing you to replace it. I believe this is intentional!).Anyhow, this is the best portable charger I have purchased. With my charging port on the fritz, I am only able to charge wirelessly. The magsafe charger is VERY strong and makes a solid connection even while using my Otterbox case. This has been my issue with magsafe chargers in the past, not having a strong connection while using my case. This one is FLAWLESS.The battery gets a little warm, just as my other wireless chargers do, and is not an issue what so ever.I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a great magsafe wireless charger.

Solid Powerbank
This is the first powerbank of good quality that integrated all the features I was looking for in a power bank. Yes, it heats up with magsafe but that is to be expected. I normally used with the built in usb c cable. The large batter capacity means you can just plug your phone into it and it’ll last the whole day! My only suggestion/gripe would be that the usb c cable is in fact built in. Mine went bad after a few months (granted I was kinda abusing the cable) and with no way to replace it, it’s kind of unfortunate. Would be better to have 2 usb c ports with just a small usb c cable provided with the batter that can be replaced.

UPDATE: Anker resolved my issue quickly by sending a replacement unit, and the new one has been working perfectly. After more than a week of daily use, I can confidently say this power bank performs exactly as advertised. Really great charger. The color choice is very youngful as well, fitted for a college student for me. For the price hard to beat their value. They are quite slow for a charger and also pretty heavy, so I suggest if you gonna charge it. Put in in your bag or something. Overall, great buy

Is rather quick and has fact that it works well as a rechargeable charger is great to have for possible power outages. You can use it as it charges. Acheté pour 29.99€, ce chargeur est le plus versatile que j’ai et don’t je rêvais. En effet, vous avez le choix d’une charge sans fil où en filaire pour une charge plus rapide. Il m’est arrivé d’avoir de l’humidité dans le téléphone (pendant les vacances en bord de mer) et là impossible de recharger en filaire avant que le connecteur soit au sec d’où la necéssité d’avoir une charge sans-fil. Mais en général je privilégie la charge filaire pour plus de rapidité et moins de chauffe de la batterie et le système magsafe me permet de garder le téléphone et la batterie aimanté l’un contre l’autre sans que ça se balade dans tout les sens. Bref c’est la batterie d’appoint idéal surtout aves sa béquille intégrée. Certes elle est un peu lourde mais c’est une 10 000mAH. Dernier point, un commentaire mentionne qu’il faut 24h pour la charger….oui si on utilise un chargeur 5W. Avec mon chargeur 65W, je charge en 3h.
