Why the Location Updates Are Not Always in Real Time？
Tracker does not continuously transmit its location in real time. The update frequency depends on its environment and the presence of nearby Apple devices.
1. Within Bluetooth range (approx. 10–30 m): The paired iPhone can show the Tracker’s current location instantly.
2. Outside Bluetooth range: The Tracker relies on the Find My network, which uses other nearby Apple devices to update its position. Updates may be delayed if there are no compatible devices nearby.
3. Limited coverage areas: In locations with few Apple devices (such as remote or underground areas), updates may be less frequent.
This design helps conserve battery power and ensures user privacy while still allowing effective tracking of your items.

Why doesn’t my tracker update location in real time?
The device relies on Bluetooth and the Find My network. Updates may be instant within Bluetooth range but depend on nearby Apple devices when out of range, which can cause delays.
Does this Smart Tag have the Precision Finding (compass) feature?
No, this tracker is compatible with the Find My network but does not include the Precision Finding feature. Within Bluetooth range (up to 160ft/50m), you can use the sound feature to locate it.

These are very useful items to have. Can be placed on luggage, purse, child, pet, etc. works with iPhone without any issues. Bought 4 and used them all.

Good bargain AirTag substitute with some caveats
Overall 4 stars. These are light but they are larger than the Apple air tags so they do not fit in any of the air tag holders. They are very easy to connect and set up. Their make a sound feature was a little janky in my testing. They do report their location reasonably well and accurately enough. The sound feature is loud enough but they must be connected to your Bluetooth in order for it to work. I did a ‘lost keys test’ where I placed a set of keys in a pants pocket in the laundry basket. In order to make the sound, the tester actually had to get a couple of feet from the laundry basket before the phone would pick up the tag, connect and make the sound. So, based on that limited set of results (one test alone) we decided to depend on these only for the alert for left behind feature that the phone gives you. They will help you find your item but they’ll only be as reliable for that as their current Bluetooth connection. All that said, I believe they are well worth the price. I hope this is helpful.

This is not a AirTag.Works well if you can use the ‘play sound’ function, but the accuracy is very poor. I tested one in my car in the garage and another with my keys in the house. I took a walk around our house, getting about 100yds away, and the tags said they were still with me. It wasn’t until I was over 200yds away that it registered that neither tag was with me. Walked further and the accuracy was still way off. I know I live in a rural area, where few devices are pinging on these things, but when it shows me that my car is 100-250yds away from where it actually is, I figure “what’s the point of these things?”In addition, the directions to find a tag sends you to maps, which only follows roads and driveways. So if you’ve lost your keys in the house, you’re out of luck until you’re close enough to hear the sound of the beeping.

I can’t even explain how good these are but I will try….1- they easily connect to the phone (find my for iPhone)2- they can play a sound if lost (like my keys usually are)3- they tell you when left behind ( like I did with my suitcase and passport when traveling4- shows exact location in find my (great track-ability)And the BEST reason I like them, they don’t tell others when they are around like the other well known brand. This is great for kids in case they get in a not so great situation and have one on them.

Great for the price. Compatible with iPhone. You can track overseas. Doesn’t work 24-7. I think it’s only when it connects to another iPhone. Not really sure how but it does work.

Li ho utilizzati principalmente per portachiavi, inserendoli nelle chiavi di casa, della macchina e in altri oggetti che tendo a perdere. Grazie all’applicazione “Dov’è” di Apple, posso sempre localizzare facilmente le mie chiavi direttamente dal mio dispositivo. Il sistema è molto comodo: se mi allontano di oltre 50 metri, il dispositivo inizia a suonare e posso farlo suonare manualmente per trovarlo rapidamente.
