A bit large but sturdy ! The remote has a long range to it for photos . You don’t have to use stand to take photos for remote is Bluetooth and it’s got a great long range . If you plan to hand carry it’s big , and not like the small pull outs. For my use i have both and the removable remote works with all or just with any Bluetooth . No app needed !

Great travel tripod/selfie stick!
I have no complains about it. It opens the legs little hard but overall versatile and pretty sturdy. You always have to be careful when you fully extend it and consider the wind or if the surface is not super flat. That would be true with any tripod though, you want to make sure it won’t trip when you put your phone. Great as selfie stick as well as the tripod. Fits in the carry on and not too heavy!
