Shallow recess
It is tight squeeze in the Tesla model 3 but it fits. The recess looks deeper like you can store a phone or something in it but it is very shallow maybe 1/2 inch deep so more functionality for plugging the gap than storage

Works…until it doesn’t with leather seats
Great idea, but just didn’t work. The quality is good – I like how it is a hard foam like material that is firm enough to hold your phone. However, it slips and falls through the gap between the seat and the center console and is not stable no matter what I try. The fit was confirmed with my vehicle before purchase. This could work with fabric seats but definitely will not work with smooth leather seats.

Great idea for gap catcher.
Make sure and measure the distance for the seat. Thats how we picked this one. It has helped with loosing the phone or other small objects. As well as a crumb catcher. Loved the idea fir that gap. Easy to install. Very thick plastic.great price.

REAL Consumer Review! I LOVE IT!
I am a REGULAR consumer, NOT a paid tester or influencer. That’s important for those of us who want REAL reviews.I have a 2023 Chevy Equinox SUV.Ease of Installation : B+ When I first did the install it looked like it wouldn’t fit (my seat gap isn’t as wide as I thought) but after a little elbow grease I got it to work by pushing in the front FIRST then working my way backwards towards the seatbelt snap so don’t be dismayed if it appears or feels like it won’t fit. Once I got it in place it wasn’t bent up or misshapen. Seems there’s more “space” as you go down the side of your seat.Material A+ : Flexible BUT sturdy. No odd “chemical” smells or anything.Storage: A++: I have a slim iPhone so my phone w/case & CC/DL pouch on the back fit into the slit perfectly (sideways)Look: A+++: As you can see in the video it looks great. It doesn’t look cheap at all.Function: A++: It stayed in place as I was moved my seat back and forth several times (mom uses my truck). Over time I’ll see if it starts to slip out of place (towards the floor) but I doubt it because the fit was very snug.

They do fit, but have a tendency to raise up when driving. Probably due to vibration.
