GREAT sunblock cover!!!
This windshield sunblock cover replaces those twist up/twist down round thingies that never twisted back down correctly nor did much good. This one WORKS, and it is a breeze to install. I have a dash cam,but that is not a problem with this umbrella-type rectangular shade. We had quite a heat wave these last few days up here in New England, and this cover made a noticable difference. If course your car has to face the sun in order for this to work.It pops open like an umbrella, but not so hard that it knocks your mirror out of whack. It then slides nicely around the mirror and my dash cam mount. It does keep the camera inside which is not a bad thing in blazing sunlight. Tabs with velcro finish the sunblock.Takedown is just as easy: undo the velcro tabs, push the button, and it folds down neatly just like an umbrella would.Then just twist the fabric around the shaft and slide it in the sleeve.I love that thing! It is such a time saver, it is effective, and my interior is protected .

Great sun shade
Love this umbrella sun shade. Purchased the first one when I lived in Texas and found it incredibly helpful in keeping the interior of my car cooler in the summer. Easy to use, packs up nicely when not in use. Great value for the money.

I live in Central Florida. It deploys easily. Retracts easily. Seems to be good quality. Be careful when retracting as the metal vanes can be hot! I just retract it and toss it in the passenger seat or the back seat to cool off. We will see how long it holds up over time…

good coverage of an suv windshield
EDIT. now it’s Nov. 2nd with practice I have the system down to about 2 minutes both ways. Install and remove the shade. The local weather has cooled somewhat, so no 90 + degree days. But i can say there have been a few 70 + days and the car stays noticeably cooler than the ambient temperature, also the dash stays cool to the touch. I’m very happy with this shade.I’VE HAD THIS (Nmoiss Windshield Sunshade) SCREEN FOR 3 DAYS NOW SO FIRST IMPRESSIONS. I LIKE IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT! I HAVE A BLACK 2006 DODGE DURANGO. PREVIOUSLY I HAD THE TYPICAL FOLD UP STYLE SCREEN, IT WORKED “OK”, BUT I HAD NOTICED A FILM ON THE INSIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD WHICH WAS VERY HARD TO CLEAN OFF (I THINK THE HEAT CAUSED VAPOR OF SOME KINE TO BE RELEASED??). SO FAR, I HAVEN’T ANY SUCH PROBLEM BUILD UP. APOLOGIES FOR THE INSIDE PHOTO, IT LOOKS KIND OF FUNNY. I TRIED TO GET AS MUCH OF THE WINDSHIELD AS POSSIBLE, BUT IT MAKES IT LOOK LIKE THERE ARE HUGE GAPS, NOT REALLY THE CASE. THIS DOES A GOOD JOB COVERING THE WINDSHIELD. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. FROM THE OUTSIDE PHOTO YOU CAN SEE IT COVERS VIRTUALLY THE ENTIRE WINDSHIELD. I HAVE A DASH CAM WHICH CONVENIENTLY HAS A QUICK DISCONNECT FROM THE WINDSHIELD MOUNT. IF I DIDN’T HAVE THAT I CAN STILL PUT THE SCREEN IN PLACE, BUT IT DOES MAKE PLACEMENT FASTER. I DON’T HAVE A THERMOMETER HANDY SO I CAN’T VOUCH FOR AN EXACT TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE BUT IT DOES FEEL COOLER A FEW MINUTES AFTER INSTALLING THE SCREEN. THE SPRING TIPS IN THE CORNERS DO HELP FOR A “CUSTOM” FIT. JUST SO YOU KNOW. THIS IS BASICALLY AN UMBRELLA, SO IF YOU WANT A 30 SECOND REMOVAL PROCESS, FORGET THAT. I’M KIND OF A PERFECTIONIST SO IT TOOK ME ABOUT 3-4 MINUTES TO DISMOUNT THEN SMOOTH ALL THE FOLDS OUT SO I COULD WRAP THE VELCRO CLOSURE STRAP AROUND. THIS WASN’T A CHEAP PURCHASE BUT, SO FAR, I’M HAPPY.

Because of a few negative reviews I almost didn’t order this gem. It is so simple!! It is so small and easy to put up and then store. It works exactly like a retractable small umbrella. I got a small and it fits my Y Model Tesla perfectly. Absolutely buy it!!!!!

I got this for my husbands GMC truck. The last didn’t fit well and had to rig to get it to work. This fits great and is easy to work with.

Cooler Car, but Quality Issues
It does keep the car MUCH cooler but it’s not the easiest thing to put up under your windshield but it’s not that hard either. My issue is that one of the little rods poked right through the fabric when fully stretched out so I have to deal with that. Happened in the first week of use too! Once you get the hang of it, it’s quite useful though. I just wish it was easier to use and was higher quality, which I expected for $39.I don’t understand all the 5 star reviews. This is not well made. The quality is sub par and it certainly does not look nice and flat when stretched out like it does in the product photos. Even when fully extended it’s floppy. It does the job but it’s not what I expected based on all the wonderful “reviews”. Think twice before buying. Just know that it’s not the quality nor functionality I expected at all. This is solidly a 3-star product at best.
