Holds heat well, and beautiful!
I ordered the 13.5oz cup specifically because I make a couple lattes a day that come out to just under 13oz, and this is exactly what I was hoping for! I love the glaze, my son pointed out it looks like a cookies&creme glaze so not I can’t see it as anything but that. But with 10oz of steamed milk, a double shot of espresso, & 25grams of vanilla this cup gives that enough space for my drink! The silicone lid is also more sturdy than I was expecting, and there’s no tiny nooks and crannies to worry about needing cleaned more than you’d expect.Editing this to add that my husband admitted he was jealous of my mug, so we ordered him the 16oz mug in black. He uses it every day and takes it work with him, and is just as happy as I am. The gold colors are very pretty! But I do wish the white & blue glaze combo was available in 16oz too.

Stylish, professional design.
I really like this design. It’s professional and sophisticated, stylish, perfect for work. The lid never drips as I’m drinking. My only complaint is it doesn’t keep drinks warm so it’s like a normal coffee cup with a lid. But I didn’t pay for thick temp glass so I’m ok with that. I would buy this again at this good price.

The Perfect Little Cup
For me this cup works perfectly. I was looking for an 8 ounce cup for those nights when I just want to have a small cup of hot chocolate, tea, or coffee. Having said that I will also say I agree with those who have said this ceramic cup is too hot to hold immediately after it is filled with hot liquid except by the leather strap … and the strap is quite thin. I do not have a problem handling it but I can see how those with bigger hands/fingers might have an issue until it has had a chance to cool off a bit.

Good Gift Idea
The cup looks nice! It’s a nice small ceramic coffee mug. I ordered this for a secret Santa gift for work so I won’t be using it personally and won’t be able to comment on how it holds coffee temperature. However the color is nice, and the leather strap adds a nice touch to it since it’s a gift. I thought the price was great for the quality.

Beautiful but not a Travel mug
Great idea but in real life the design is a fail. The mug size is not compatible with a car cup holder – the the edge of the top catches on the edge of the car cup holder and forces the lid off. Which causes the liquid to spill. The faux leather band designed to protect your hands from the heat of the mug can not be safely cleaned, and will in time fall apart. The the strings meant to tighten the band are flimsy at best. The cup itself is of high quality, as is the lid. Very attractive, however real life will in time render the cup useless as a travel mug. Nice mug for the home but not for a busy active life.

Amazing Product
This coffee mug is the BEST!! Since I’ve bought this coffee mug, I’ve only used this one. It’s replaced all my mugs. It keeps my coffee warm for a long while, and it comes with a LID!!! So my toddler doesn’t drop his toy in it:) And what I love the most, is the little mug holder, or sleeve if you will. It’s to keep you from burning yourself. My husband calls it a belt for my coffee mug!!! Lol

Cute and well packaged
Really cute and decent quality for the price. My only complaints are that the sleeve must be removed to wash or reheat the mug and that the lid is really wide and not the most secure. It fits this mug okay but I was hoping it would be leak resistant and suitable on other mugs. Still a nice gift and it was packaged well.
