The best pop-up shelter we’ve ever used
We’ve used (and been frustrated by) our share of pop-up shelters, usually those handy little things with two single flex sticks. Piece of cake! But the others can be grounds for divorce when trying to collapse them back into the little pouch they come in. If you don’t get the bend perfect on the first try, you could be there for hours. That’s not the case with this shelter. The bendy flex sticks are articulated, so there’s no having to wait for the planets to be in alignment to get the shelter up or back in its case. It is perfectly wind resistant, great for keeping the sun out of your eyes, incredibly durable, and as stated previously, easy to set up and put away. It’s also among the lowest-priced shelters of this sort we’d found – the cost actually had us anxious that it wouldn’t live up to our needs. We were 100% wrong – this sucker is a great value. We’ve used this ten times already, and it sets up and tears down in no time. Purchase with confidence!

This is perfect for any beach day anywhere! It is a great size, has a big window in the back. Very easy to set up and take down. Love that the front can zip up to protect belongings or give privacy! Has a great carry bag that is maybe about 5 pounds with a strap.

Great beach tent
Overall this tent is great. Easy set up and very spacious. I removed one star for two very important reasons: 1. The tent can get extremely hot on the inside. When the sun was shining through we felt like we were in an oven. That can be a plus when you’re wet and trying to stay warm but other than that it got quite toasty and a little uncomfortable at times. 2. The fiberglass rods. Very poor idea from the manufacturer. As soon as I attempted to remove the rods from the packaging I got a fiberglass splinter. I used rubber gloves when assembling and taking apart the rods on the beach. I would still recommend this item but make sure you use gloves when handling the rods.

We bought two, one blue and one teal, to use at the beach, placed facing each other. They worked great! Set up took two people, but was super easy and probably could’ve been set up by one, but we were kind of rushing. My husband took it down by himself without issue. I was surprised by how much room there was and how much shade and privacy it provided. As you can see in the picture, we loved that the flaps could be secured down. You can also zip the tent up for more privacy.We’ve only used it once, so I can’t speak to its durability, but so far it held up. Only slight problem was that even with weight inside, the sand bags filled, and the posts in, they still got picked up a bit with the wind. Wasn’t at all worried they’d blow away, but it moved our stuff around a bit. Highly recommend!

Light, easy to set up.
I purchased this to bring on our Virgin Island vacation because my wife must limit sun exposure. It is light weight, fit in my luggage easily. The tent was very easy to set up. Only took a few minutes. It was great to have a floor. Zipper walls make it perfect if we needed to change in it. Perfect size! For the price it can’t be beat.

Decent family beach tent with great shade but limited airflow
This tent provides great sun protection and comfortably fits 3–4 people as advertised. It’s easy enough to set up, though a bit fussy — threading poles through the fabric takes patience. I prefer designs that use clips and elastic cords instead, which are faster and sturdier.It folds up compactly and is very portable, but the materials feel on the cheaper side, so I’m not sure how long it will hold up with frequent use. The biggest downside is the airflow — when there’s little breeze, it traps heat fast and feels like a sauna inside.Overall, it’s a fair option for occasional beach trips or backyard shade, but heavy beachgoers may want something more durable.

Don’t buy it. It’s a piece of junk that takes a bunch of people to put it together because the wind will blow it away. Too many pieces to put it together. I saw some other people on the beach with the same one, their tent blew away before they could get it erected. It’s a JOKE…the worst piece of crap. 0 stars
Two Brown Birds –
Easy setup, plenty of room
The poles are comically long, but the tent is otherwise easy to assemble and take down. When the wind kicked up on the beach, I had to fight it a bit to finish putting it up and had to make sure sand covered all edges so the wind wouldn’t get under and lift it. I didn’t get a photo of it, unfortunately, but it easily fit an adult, a 10 year old kid and a crazy 45lb puppy. I wish it had been a tad less expensive but I’m still pleased with my purchase and I hope to use it for many, many more trips.
