I chose these packets because the formula is very minimal: no sugars, dyes, or artificial sweeteners, just electrolytes in simple, effective ratios. The packets are easy to carry, tear open cleanly, and dissolve completely in water.They’ve helped maintain hydration during workouts and long days without causing stomach upset or flavor fatigue. SALTT electrolytes powders are expensive at first look, but they taste great and have very little sugar. The zesty orange is really good, another favorite is the chocolate and the salted caramel that are really good in coffee as well. The salts can be strong so be sure to mix with plenty of water. This product is super easy to use and the level of instant hydration is well worth the cost.

tasts good, works, better with ice, shipping takes a bit of time
it’s sketchy sometimes bying products that are food based off sites however this one is amazing. we have used SALTT for 2 years now and have bought from this group before. this particular product is so delicious. like a bombpop and if you use the whole pack it is yummt or use part and make it lighter. it’s in your hands. however i personally like it with ice and make it cooled down bc it tasts better that way. some of the electrolytes are disgusting tasting and you have to choke them down b/c “you need them” but with this that’s not the case! i want to try the grape flavor next as we ususally get the variety pack and it doens’t have this flavor or that one in it. HOWEVER… the shipping took a while so just keep that in mind so that you order before running out and then having to wait forever

Best product on the market!
We are on a carnivore diet for a year & a half now & use Saltt exclusively. Best electrolyte product on the market! Orange is husband’s favorite flavor, while I like a variety of their flavors. No maltodextrin–no artificial colors. It is sweetened with stevia, but we appreciate that very much! The hydration effect is quick & long-lasting.

Mango tastes better than it smells
I just received these. They are definitely salty flavored, but I like the flavor. As I was adding it to my water for the first time there was a very footy smell, and I was worried that they would not taste good. But I was pleasantly surprised. They are a bit hard to open and they clumpInside the package making them hard to add to a small water bottle. But once in the water they dissolve completely, no grit or particles. In all, I enjoy them and they make water easier and quicker to drink.

Easy to mix and what a great flavor- MANGO! I used it both during a fast and as part of my carnivore diet. Kept me from cramping or feeling less energetic!

Great value, taste better than the big name, and are effective.
I keep buying this because it works. There is enough magnesium in here that it helps prevent my restless legs from starting up at night. It tastes really great compared to the big brand of initials anyone who listens to Podcasts has heard about. It’s also an excellent value in this category. The packets are easy to pack in a purse and it ends the dehydration that brings on Keto flu. I think it’s highly effective and great quality. My only recommendation would be if the packets were easier to open. These are difficult to open and I have to find scissors to to it which is difficult when out and about. All in all, these are my favorite electrolytes.

Tasty, good electrolyte ratio, good for mild/moderate POTS
I always enjoy testing new electrolytes bc they’re so easy to just add them to your water in the morning for the day and also bc as I have POTS, it is very helpful for me to have these on hand. I thought the strawberry lemonade was tasty with a good amount of salt and a good ratio of electrolytes (not too much potassium like fad electrolyte brands). There is artificial sugar in it, so beware if you don’t like that. I don’t care that much. It wasn’t an exact strawberry lemonade, but who honestly expects that without making it homemade yourself? My only issue was that some tubes were slightly clumped like moisture got in them, like they weren’t perfectly sealed. I dropped a star for that quality issue. Overall, good product, but not the best I’ve tried.

Needed and alternative to LMNT as the prices are outrageous.Although I do find this product on the pricey side, it’s still a bit cheaper.Took one star away because I find these have a bit of an aftertaste to them.

Amazing!! I was skeptics at first ad I have tried so many. I had finally settled on one very poplar brand, which is very similar, but I honestly prefer this one. No citric acid and cheaper!

Very salty electrolyte powder. I thought it would taste more “chocolatey” haha. The ratio and strength of potassion-sodium-magnesium is excellent for someone with POTS so I’ve been trying to find ways to make it work. So far this is great added to a morning nut butter or cocoa based smoothie. I can get away with it in a chocolate protein drink but I had to work up the amount added to get used to the taste (or use a lot of liquid to dilute it). I would still highly recommend this product. It is more concentrated with fewer additives vs all of the other brands I’ve researched or tried. Perhaps a fruity flavour will be easier to hide.
