works as expected. As with any bladder it needs to be cleaned but this works great. I take it when I ride my back all the time and love it. The spout is a little tricky at times but its probably user error as I am riding while trying to open. I like it.

Good replacement bladder
With a similar design to the Camelbak bladder I’ve had for a few years, this bladder is a low cost, easy replacement. After rinsing, there is no taste to the water and the nozzle is detachable for easier cleaning. A cleaning tool is included for the hose to help keep the bladder from building up bacteria over time.Quality isn’t quite as good as the original, but it’s good enough and it doesn’t leak in my back. The end nozzle locks to prevent water dripping out and can be opened using your mouth for hands free operation. Works fine, took a few times opening it to loosen it up a bit.Filler hole is big and easily fits full size ice cubes. I’ve been using filtered water with this bladder and the water tastes fine. This bladder should work with any hiking backpack and it is the perfect size for my old 2 liter unit, which is gross after not using it for almost a year. No major complaints, but I wouldn’t expect the quality to be the same as the name brand unit which costs over 3 times as much.
