Do I need to have a bassinet?
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that babies share the same room as their parents for the first six months. Baby should have their own, dedicated safe sleep space such as a bassinet, and not bed share.

Sturdy modern bassinet with washable mattress cover
We love this bassinet! It is very sturdy and looks modern & cute in our space. The washable mattress cover is so convenient, and baby sleeps really well in this bassinet. Assembly was relatively quick, and it came with one fitted sheet. The underneath storage is a nice feature. I like that the material is mesh so I can see baby from the couch, and the bassinet isnt too tall so it doesnt hurt to bend over.

Worth the money, best bedside sleeper we tried
Best bedside bassinet we’ve tried. Worked up to 6 months and could have gone longer but we transitioned to a standard crib. Height adjustment worked perfectly to raise to our mattress level. Sturdy and soft mattress was easy to change sheets. We kept it bedside but it is light and easily moveable if you were to take it around the house. Worth the money, wish we started with this and didn’t mess with less expensive options.

I love the sleek design of this Newton bassinet! It is easy to assemble (took me less than 10 mins) and lightweight to move.This can function as a standalone bassinet or a bedside sleeper. It is a gray size for a bassinet and the mesh sides make your baby easily visible at all times.While we will not utilize the bedside sleeper, this is a lovely feature. The accessible side has C a nice height to it that would provide comfort of your child being able to remain in the bassinet but close to you and easy to get to.The height is adjustable so the bassinet can be at your preferred height or adjusted to the height of your bed for the sleeper.Overall, the functionality, design and quality are why I would definitely recommend this bassinet

Perfect For Young Babies!!
My daughter has loved this for the first six months with her new baby. She has kept it by her side of the bed for peace of mind and ease of access for night feedings. The baby has slept safely and soundly for months. It’s big enough for the baby to keep sleeping in beyond 6 months, but she wants to start the transition of moving the baby to the crib in her nursery. Highly recommend. Money well spent for peace of mind and convenience.

Breathable mattress
This is a very sturdy bedside sleeper. Most notable is the Newton breathable mattress. The bed is a larger size for longer babies. Aesthetically appealing and good value for money. We have the crib mattress too, and it’s a relief knowing baby can roll over without issues.

I’ve used this for my past 2 babies, I love how modern the design is and how safe it is! Super easy to get baby in and out from the bed. It’s super easy to assemble and pack away if you need to bring it anywhere with you. My babies have always slept well & I have zero complaints 🙂
