SO Misleading
What a disappointment. First of the “long”? Wow. I shudder to think how big the not long is, 2 inches?There’s also no stuffing in it, so it just squishes all the way down and does nothing. Zero support. The material is cheap as heck; flimsy and scratchy.Just don’t bother.

Not firm enough, squishes easily
Item is not really firm enough to offer the lumbar support needed. It just flattens behind my back. Luckily there is a zipper to access the inside so I will be adding something to increase stiffness.Does work well as a cervical pillow though.

Love the size and portability
I purchased the navy lumbar pillow. It has proven useful in a lot of situations.1. I like the small size of it because I travel and it’s easy to pack or put in the small of my back while driving.2. I use it during yoga for some poses – again the small size makes it convenient.3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area.4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft.5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it.6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed.7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not something I have used as it’s just as easy to pick it up.If you are looking for a small lumbar pillow this fits the bill- would give it 5 Stars

Exceeded expectations!
Happy customer! Much better quality memory foam than I expected, especially for the price. I’m using this as a neck support in my recliner rather than as lumbar support, so I’m happy that the strap is plenty long enough to reach all the way around, and after adjusting the size, the elastic and buckle stay in place so that the pillow doesn’t slide around.

Product needs to be redesigned.
This item it too short and soft. It feels like a normal sponge and not the memory foam as stated in the description. The design and shape is good. Becasue of the length it is not comfortable to help with my lower back pain.

I had some old cushions (bed bolsters) I was using but these are really good. The material covers are good quality material and there is a strap to stop the cushions popping off when you get up from the chair. They are just the right size for my back and you can lift them to the right position for your back when you sit down.

Just received it – arrived with a hole in it. Which is a shame as I really need it for my back – whilst I can still use it and probably stitch it – I shouldn’t have to. Aside from that – it feels as firm as I’d hoped.
