I eat these on my long runs. Both flavors are delicious and have a good balance of sweet and tart. I can always use the added electrolytes when running. Super convenient with the perfect size to have in my running vest.

I bought these after I once ended up in the hospital due to low blood pressure from an electrolyte imbalance. Since then I’ve been much more conscious of this especially where I live it’s very hot and humid in the summer. My daughter and I like to have them when we are on the go on a hot day.
