Can the adapter be used for a hair dryer?
It depends on the type of hair dryer you are using. In short, only hair dryers labeled with specifications like “100-240V, 50/60Hz” and with a power rating of less than 2000W can be used in countries with 220-240V power supply, such as in Europe.
The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn’t work anymore, how to process it?
This is likely due to a blown fuse. You can pry open the compartment at the bottom of the adapter (labeled as “SPARE & FUSE”) and replace the fuse. If it still doesn’t work, please email Epicka for further assistance.
Can I charge my laptop in Europe through the Epicka adapter? Does it need a converter?
Yes, most laptops support dual voltage (with “100-240V, 50/60Hz” printed on it). You can use our Epicka adapter to charge your laptop without the need for a voltage converter even in a country with 220-240V power apply.
Does it work in South Africa & India?
No. This adapter supports 13 socket types in over 200 countries and regions, but it isn’t compatible with Type D sockets (commonly used in India) or Type M sockets (the older standard in South Africa).
How can I purchase additional fuses?
We currently don’t offer replacement fuses for this model. Please note that the fuses available in our store are for different adapter models and are not compatible with this one. If you still need more fuses, please email epicka.

Great value
This works great – has all the charging adapter styles on the bottom. I kept laptop, phone and backup battery on it overnight while in europe and all my devices stayed charged. Great value and easy to use. Comes with a cover to keep it properly stored.

Used this for our 10 day Greece trip and worked for what we needed. Charged phones, and portable charger quickly. My wife had a dual voltage hair straightener that she was able to plug into and had no issues.

I picked this up for our vacation to Italy and it did not disappoint. We both used it to charge our devices. One tip – it charges slower when more than one device is plugged in…duh. This was perfect for our travels. Plenty of ports, easy to use. Love that it is compact and has flexibility to use in different countries. Unsure on charging speeds as this was typically used overnight when speed didn’t matter.

Very flimsy and does not hold up
this plug does’t work at all; the slide in slide out adapters don’t “stick” so you can’t push it into the wall; now there is one stuck out…and of COURSE, the return window closed 6 days before we got back from the trip so we will have to throw them away; advice__ don’t buy plugs that fold, or slide; get fixed ones that are sturdy.
