Truely no leak (except if you left a tiny bit on the drink whole after a sip). And an additional security lock feature to disable the button from being depressed by accident for like when you want to throw it in your backpack or tote. They did all the right things with this and less is more! No straws that will just let your hot or cold drinks diminish or have to clean. No need for two hands to remove the cover on the drink hole, no handles to have to find while driving or while doing anything else that takes your attention away from what you are doing. Just grab, press and drink! I like how the liquid flows into my mouth and the design of the sipping part of the top piece fits perfect to your mouth; not dripping out and around your lips. The idea to contour the shape to give your hand a natural grasp and the top has the additonal texture for a secure grip that gives you a sold hold on the vessel and your fore fingers land right in postion to trigger it open; litterly a one hand operation. I also like that feeling of insurance I will not spill my drink no matter what I am doing driving, laying down or working on my computer and bump it. Easy to clean, easy to fill with only two parts. A dash of soap and a bottle brush and your good to go. I won’t put the lid in the dishwasher, All hand wash and drip dry. They do sell lid replacements which is awesome in case you are to agressive in cleaning the inside of the lid BC it has moving parts you have to be careful of, but they even made it where you can move them out of the way during cleaning too. But I would be careful and wouldn’t put anything in it that will leave a film like a smoothies, just water, coffee or tea stuff IMO or you may have to soak the lid to get the lid clean. The top part is the only part you can damage because it would take a lot to damage the flask metal part. I love the matt color variety nonsllck no condensation feel of the surface in your hand, much like a powder coating is. I bought the 16 oz mug and it can hold a large coffee, just the right size. I purchased the 24 oz for my 6’7″ grandson as a gift; everything has to be bigger for him! This is my go to for gift giving now because it is a bit pricey but reasonable for gift giving, and well worth it because it’s built to last for how ever you take good care of it because it’s made with premium materials. I’m pretty sure if you want to max how long it stays cold or hot, rinse in hot water first, stick it in the freezer for a little while or leave it in the frig with water in it. Love the thick wall stainless for keeping drinks at temperature and it’s also a better bacterial resistant container too. I am a customer and this is my honest review!Update: one thing I think is missing is the rubber pad on the bottom of the mug many coffee mugs have. Creates a buffer for sitting it on glass or wood furniture.

My daily cup, highly recommend!
I bought this slightly used and it came with maybe one smaller scratch, but I drop it daily and scratch it up so I didn’t care. For throwing this thing in bags, cars, and on the hard wood floor, it has really held up well. It scratched and wears, but it works incredibly well and through all the drips the lid hasn’t broke. It keeps my coffee so hot I have to let it cool quite a bit before I pour it in this cup so that I can drink it at work. Easy to clean and the lock/seal works 100%, I’ve never had a spill. I lobe the shape and size, it easily fits in bags and cup holders and looks cute. Totally recommend and I would trust the slightly used version.

J’ai acheté plusieurs mugs thermos et celui là est vraiment top, tout simplement en faisant bien ce pour quoi il a été prévu, à savoir :- Tient le café chaud longtemps (servi à 10h, il est encore chaud à 14h)- Vraiment étanche avec un système ingénieux. Un de mes mugs précédent a un système de fermeture par pression, on clic ça ouvre, on clic ça ferme. Sauf que dans la pratique qd on est assis au bureau on ne reclic jamais pour le fermer. Résultat en cas d’accident, le mug est ouvert et on a du café partout. Là à partir du moment où on lâche le système de fermeture, le mug est fermé, donc en cas d’accident y a rien qui sort. Et le système de fermeture tombe naturellement sous les doigts pour boire. Génial.- Le mécanisme de fermeture sous le couvercle est très simple, y a pas 50 ressorts, y en a un seul, et ils ont même prévu un moyen de le dégager, et donc de le rendre facilement lavable. Il n’y a pas 15 petits morceaux à dévisser et qu’on risque de perdre pendant le nettoyage. Donc système très intelligent, pratique à l’utilisation et très simple pour le nettoyage.Bref, super produit après plusieurs déconvenues sur d’autre mugs thermos.

Got this for my husband to take tea on his commute. It does not leak, it wont spill, definitely a quality drink holder.
