Love this thing for my knee
I have an old knee injury and it can’t be extended for very long or it hurts. When I sleep in my La-Z-Boy, I’ve tried pillows and various things that too much angle and cut the circulation off. And then I tried this. I centered it under my knee and it gives it just the right amount of angle to sleep all night and get up without knee pain.I know they sell it for lumbar support, but for me – in my recliner – it’s the perfect thing for my knee.

No More Dreading to Go to Bed!
I have a very worn-out bed and can’t quite afford a replacement. There’s a hole where I sleep, and some nights, I’d fall in and wake up with a grueling backache. Sleeping on a regular pillow just doesn’t cut it.So, I looked into lumbar pillows and picked this one up. It was relatively affordable, and had great dimensions for sleeping on. Any thicker, it probably wouldn’t have been comfortable to sleep on. As it is, I barely even feel when this pillow is under me… but I definitely feel the difference! It’s stable and carries my back quite nicely. Not only do I no longer wake up in a hole, but I’ve been waking up noticeably more refreshed.Now, you do get what you pay for with this pillow. It’s not so firm as to offer great support, not so soft as to be uniquely comfortable. I haven’t really noticed any long-term improvement to my physical wellbeing or restfulness either. All in all, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR PEOPLE WHO SERIOUSLY NEED A LUMBAR PILLOW! You may consider going premium on a flatter one if you just need a good sleep, thicker if you need it through the day.Otherwise, I highly recommend this to the average consumer for more stable and comfortable sleep… especially if you’re a fellow side-sleeper. We’ll see how it holds up long-term, but it should come in handy when I eventually have to change out beds.

Not worth the money if you’re looking for help with side sleeping
Comfortable but not what I was looking for.. was purchasing this to use along with an incline pillow. I’m a side sleeper and wanted to use this instead of a pillow under my back. This just doesn’t do the trick if that’s how you’re intending to use it, will be going back to a pillow. It’s not think enough and makes me seep down too low on the incline pillow resulting in my head not being propped up enough.

Perfect for side sleeping during pregnancy
I am pregnant and, naturally, was not sleeping well. Side sleeping had been causing serious pain since my waist wasn’t supported. This is exactly what I needed. It’s the perfect amount of support without being too bulky. It is wide enough so that if I roll to my other side while sleeping, I am still on the pillow. It’s also the perfect height to support my stomach. I am so happy I didn’t decide to buy a big pregnancy pillow that wouldn’t have solved the waist support issue anyway. I am using just this and a standard pillow for my head and have all the support I need. The cover provides enough friction with my cotton sheets so that the pillow doesn’t shift at all. My sleep has improved so much. I can feel the difference and my sleep tracker confirms it.I also read some reviews that say this doesn’t have a washable cover. It definitely does have one so don’t let that dissuade you (that seam on the undersize of the pillow is the zipper).

Better sleep with less pain, tossing & turning!
With chronic lumbar and sciatic pain causing me restless sleep while trying to find positions with less pain…..this pillow, from the first night, has provided longer sleep without the tossing and turning to find a pain free position. I place it in the carch of my lower back. When turning to sleep in my side, it cradles the crevice near my waist to alleviate the pressure it places in my neck, shoulders and hips.I highly recommend this product.

This is what throwing money away feels like
I bought this brand pillow three years ago and have been using it every night since. Over time it became less and less firm so I figured it was time for a new one. The new one arrived and I could immediately tell it was much more flimsy. I figured if I gave it a few days it might firm up . It didn’t.My old worn out version actually holds its form better than the new one. Definite disappointment based on poor quality.

Perfect support for my knees while sleeping… I’ve had both knees replaced 6 yrs ago and find now in the mornings my knees feel so stiff .. this pillow offers just the right degree of bend while supporting the knees .. in the mornings now I can get out of bed easier and with less pain..
