Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
Due to 35% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and circuit conversion, a fully charged Anker Nano Power Bank (10K, 45W, Built-In Retractable USB-C Cable) delivers about 5,500mAh to 6,500mAh of usable power.
Why doesn’t this power bank charge my phone at 45W?
This power bank supports up to 45W, but some phones don’t accept that much power. Even for phones that do, charging speed may slow down as the device heats up to protect the battery. It’s normal for the smart display to show below 45W while charging.
Can this power bank charge my laptop?
We don’t recommend using this power bank to charge laptops. Due to its limited capacity and heat buildup during high-power output, it cannot sustain 45W charging for long. It’s best used for quick top-ups in emergency situations.
Why is the charging speed slower when using multiple ports?
To protect your devices, the power bank limits output when using multiple ports. Max single-port output is 15W when using 2 ports and 7.5W max per port when using 3.
Why won’t the power bank recharge after being fully drained?
After heavy use, the battery cells may be too warm. Recharging will resume once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the battery lifespan.

Portable and big capacity
I’m currently using the Arc Pulse case on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, so that basically eliminates all magnetic/MagSafe chargers. Therefore, I wanted a portable battery pack that was a decent size and weight but also had at least 10kmAh in case I needed to share this with my wife in one day when traveling.When I saw this charger, I thought it’d be perfect since it has a built-in wire with more than enough slack. It’s also a bit smaller width- and length-wise when compared to batteries of the same capacity, although, it’s slightly thicker.I prefer charging with a wire since, when using a charging block with the proper speeds, it’s usually faster than wireless charging.The available USB-C port can serve as an extra port if you need to charge two devices at a time, but it can also serve as the input when needing to charge this battery pack (the same goes for the built-in wire). There’s also a USB-A port but who really uses that still?I love the little display also. It shows the percentage left for this battery pack, and if you’re charging it, the display will show the time left to get to 100%. You can also charge your phone while charging the battery pack, but honestly, it might be better to just charge each item separately since I think doing this just makes the power “pass through” the battery pack and into your phone. I don’t think it’ll charge both simultaneously.Overall, great and compact battery pack while not needing to carry an extra wire. It can easily be placed in any bag or sling, and with the built-in wire, you can even still use your phone without needing to have a heavy magnetic battery pack attached.

Small but mighty
We have a couple Anker products. Came across this little portable charger. Honestly, it is small but mighty. Out phones tend to loose battery as wr are constantly on them and this little charger is quite convenient and does the fast charging. It quite light so no meed to worry if it will weigh down your purse, backpack or fanny pack. So far, we have not noticed it getting hot while charging. It fees good quality slick and the retractable cord is very useful.

Love it!
This was way smaller than I was initially expecting. It holds a battery pack AND a rollable cord in a form factor smaller than any ordinary battery bank of similar footprint. Dare i say its even small enough to fit in your pocket! Not to mention it charges at full speeds. Its good for almost anything, your earbuds, watch, phone, even as an emergency charge for a small laptop or Chromebook. It’s even backwards compatible for a huge range of devices. A usb c cord included in the housing (slowly becoming the universal standard), a usb c port (think usb c to lightning for iphones) and even a fast charge usb A port. I could charge 2 phones at once and still plug in any usb A standard or qc 3.0 device. And thats just the start, it also comes with full wattage performance measurements for ALL ports, it shows input and all 3 outputs. I love the strap it comes with, and how its detachable, I could even put this on my Keychain and not notice it because of how light it is. My only critique would be the 30 watt charging, not the fastest but definetly not the slowest! It wouldnt even matter much for me because its also pass through compatible. Easiest buy of my life, i will be taking this everywhere i go. Anker keeps delivering.

Great power bank
Charges devices quickly and recharges just as fast. Can recharge my Google Pixel 8 twice and still have a bit of battery left. The pull out charging cable is wonderful, makes for quick use without needing to fumble through a bag for your cable. Fits in a jacket pocket very easily and will go in a backpack and take up virtually zero space so it’s great for travel. The screen is a very nice feature and the button that turns it on is very sleek and unnoticeable. Amazing power bank for the price.

Works great, charges super-fast, high capacity, compact
Took this on a trip to Italy. Could recharge both a new iPhone and 1-yr old Galaxy S from 30-ish% to full at super-fast speeds, and with power to spare after doing it. It is small, but solid. Wife wished it was thinner and flatter to fit better in her purse. Built-in cord is still working and retracting fine. Two additional jacks will recharge multiple things at once. Happy with the purchase.

Size is convenient!
I really appreciate the portability of this charger! I even use it at home while watching TV! What I like the most:-Can fit in your purse-Great for tablets and phones-Charges your devices quickly and recharges just as fast (when you use a 60W or higher USB-C wall charger port).-Display that shows how much charge is left, which port is being used, battery health and battery temperature. All you have to do is press the small side button to cycle through the info.The only con I found was 1 retractable USB-C cord vs 2, but really that’s just preference. I would have also been okay with a detachable one.

Works as it should. Seems to hold a good charge. Little screen display shows the percentage of battery and the battery health and how many cycles the battery has had. Pretty good. The retractable cord is nice so you can charge your device or charge the battery with the same cord. Pretty nifty

This thing is the perfect edc charging buddy. I love the screen. It is very useful it even tells you how long its going to take to charge. Also it charges my iPhone 17 pro max crazy fast. Plus the built in usb c cable is the cherry on top as it can not only charge your devices but it can charge the power bank itself. Also I love that you can charge your phone and the power bank at the same time. Oh and the size is perfect too it’s about the size of a JBL endurance peak 3 earbuds case. But don’t let its size fool you it’s powerful. I am currently in college and run power hungry games on my phone and this thing keeps me alive when I need it
