Definitely five stars for price vs quality. The dials turn well. They do as advertised. The instructions could be better though I will say that. They aren’t very clear. But I figured it out fairly quickly and love my new locks!

Really understand the directions before attempting to set new code
This isn’t my favorite set of tsa locks. I now know I like the kind with the longer thin wire coated in pvc vs this much short locking arm. The directions aren’t the best. You need to continue to push while swiveling the arm then release to set password. Hard to explain. They should offer a video on how to do it. Even better would be a QR code leading to a video on how to set it. Well apparently, I must have accidentally released sightly and unknowlingly set the combination. So now I have a lock that I have no idea what the password is. Ug. So now it sits next to our living room rubixs cube in case anyone wants to figure it out. Good conversation piece. Also the side metal piece easily slides off on just one of them. I’m not sure if they are or aren’t supposed to do this?
