Neweer, top quality and best price
Super deal, well built little tripod with bendable legs and a remote. Has a solid feel and all the bits are tight and not sloppy. Compact and easy to store in the camera bag but I’ll be using it for the phone too. More “influencers” need to get one of these and stop one handing it when they do reviews. Highly recommend, neweer for the win, again.

best for the price
After buying and returning a bunch of tripods in the $9-$20 range I have decided this one is the best bang for your buck. Its sturdy and doesnt tip over easily like others and the legs wrap and bend which is nice. I’m a fan, cant got wrong for the price. It also make a good short pole/selfy stick in a way too if you dont want to just hold your camera or need a lil exta length. Quality seems good enough, it doesnt feel cheap or look cheap, Im sure it will last a long time. I plan to buy more.

Not for iPhone 16 Pro Max or other really big phones
(Substantially revised: 5/12/25)Usually I find Neewer products to be top grade and presented honestly, so I was disappointed to find that is very uncomfortable with an iPhone 16 Pro Max. It is extremely difficult to jam an I16 pro max in a case into the jaws. The springs are very strong, which is good, but works against you here.I suspect that the biggest android phones would have the same issue. the width of my phone plus case is ~ 81.8 mm = 3.22 inches. At that width a great deal of force and the occasional Touretz-like outburst I can jam it into the jaws but the jaws have to be positioned close to the end of the phone to find a position that doesn’t interfere with the side buttons on one side or the other of the phone. Configured this way its center of gravity is pretty far off the axis of the tripod so you have to careful in placing it. The tripod is nice and solid, though, so if you fiddle with the legs you can get a position that is fairly stable.I trust Neewer for its solid build integrity and will keep it, but I would feel better if they were more upfront on their listing. It’s misleading now.I revised this because initially I was using the phone attachment wrong, so some issues that I blamed on the design were plain old user error.

Excellent tripod!
Great little tripod. It is sturdy and versatile with its cold shoe horn and ability to use multiple cameras on. What sold me is the handle for horizontal and vertical panning. No other small tripod has this feature.

Versatile Tripod
This is a very handy little tripod when a full size tripod is not needed. I really like the versatility of the legs. Because of their construction, they are able to bend and flex to the desired state for different surfaces. I also really appreciate you can take portrait and landscape photos with the tripod.

J’ai mis un peu de temps à le prendre en main mais j’en suis pour le moment très contente. J’avais besoin d’un trépied de bureau pour filmer des créations manuelles en intérieur et quitte à investir je le voulais le plus polyvalent possible.- La poignée permet de faire des travelling haut-bas/droite-gauche bien plus souples que si l’on déplace le téléphone à la main, c’est pour ça que je l’ai choisi et même si ça va nécessiter un peu de réglage et de prise en main c est une réussite.- Les pieds sont solides ET maniables (seconde raison de mon choix) ça se module très bien pour l’accrocher un peu partout MAIS attention à trouver le bon équilibre / la bonne position si vous ne voulez pas vous prendre le téléphone sur la tête 😅- La petit télécommande est rapide à régler et fonctionne aussi bien pour lancer les photos que les vidéos.Il est arrivé rapidement, il ne manque rien.Certaines fonctionnalités sont cependant difficile à trouver :- l’adaptateur téléphone est caché dans la poignée- il y a bien un mode vertical, il faut saisir la partie avant de l’adaptateur et la faire pivoter vers le haut. Il faut un peu forcer d’où la confusion dans un autre commentaire je pense, j’ai moi aussi faillit contacter la marque à ce sujet 😅- la griffe pour accrocher l’éclairage est justement sur la partie basse de l adaptateur donc il faut le faire pivoter pour y accéder et l’utiliser.Maintenant je l’ai reçu aujourd’hui. Donc à voir sa durée de vie.
