IT’S STAINLESS STEEL INSIDE AND WORKS PERFECTLY!!
5 contingent on how well it performs at lasts. I just got it yesterday and really liked what I received! It worked perfectly from the start. I followed the instructions to and he did to boiling twice before using it. Each time it heated it was perfect. It has a perfect boil and just a few minutes on the number two setting. There was no bad taste or smell. The cord was a little thick and stiff and kind of offsets the base when the pot is not resting on the base but it’s quality everything is quality! There’s a blue lining on the lid that you must remove because it’s just a plastic sheath and you don’t want that to get melted directly to your lid so be sure to remove it. It has a cute copper looking handle for the top but it doesn’t get hot. There’s a gasket on the lid which is sturdy and keeps the lid from rocking off while it boils. A good safety feature. The heat selections are one, off, two. Two is high and one is low. I love that you can cook food in it as well as heat water! The body doesn’t collapse but the handles do but it’s still a wonderful small size and yet big enough you can really cook a two person meal in it. When I say cook I mean a soup or heat some liquidy food up. You shouldn’t try to roast anything in it. If I lost this item I would definitely repurchase it. I like the weight of it it’s not too heavy or too light. If it were too light it would feel cheap but the weight is perfect, it feels like good quality construction and not too heavy to balance out its weight when filled. It has a good quality construction and performance. If anything should change I will definitely come back here and update my review without fail. It arrived in good condition, the packaging was sufficient for keeping it from damage. It has an instruction booklet and there’s not much more you could ask. I’m grateful that the item was exactly as described so the seller took care post accurate photos and description which is excellent these days because so many sellers are not doing this.So yes, I do recommend this product. I felt excited this morning waking up saying I have my pot I can keep my water instead of using the pan! It’s so cute as well.

Kettle works with Jackery Explorer 500 battery
Kettle worked with my Jackery Explorer 500. I am updating my emergency kit, and I purchased this small kettle. I tested it using Jackery battery power (not an outlet), and it heated 3 cups of water to a rolling boil in about 6 minutes. It used 14% of the battery power. The description says it is 400W, but the box says it is 600W. I am not sure which is correct; however, it worked with the Jackery 500. It is exactly what I wanted for my emergency kit.

Recommended! Will boil water “IF”
This 620ml, 2 and 2/3 cups capacity hot pot works well. IF you do the following. Testing with cold water I found that the three position knob has to be used in a specific way to achieve a rolling boil. 9 o’clock position for the knob is off. 12 o’clock position draws 404 watts and will bring small bubbles to the bottom of the pot in about 3 minutes. It then stops. Then you must turn the knob to the 3 o’clock position where the pot will draw 117 watts and will result in a vigorous boil. Remember when you are using questionable water “Big Bubbles No Troubles”. Testing was done with a small solar generator that showed minimal drain to the battery. This kettle is good quality and will break down into 2 pieces that stow in the provided bag. The cord is stiff at first but works with a little adjusting. Recommended for camping or whenever your water source may be compromised.

NOT 400watts!
I’m giving this 3 stars because they advertised this product running on 400watts when that’s inaccurate. It actually runs on averaging 730watts. That’s a quite difference. It does boil fast approx 5-8 mins but it drains my power station so fast. So if you’re wanting to run this on your station for travel. This isnt the best option.

Cute and handy personal water kettle.
Handy little travel water kettle. The handles fold to make it easy to store in cupboard or in a bag for travel.Really easy to use and it heats to a boil faster than stovetop. You have to listen to it to see if its actually boiling, there’s no change in the indicator light or a sound/beep that tells you it is boiling.Outside of kettle stays fairly cool to the touch so its safe to handle while liquid is still hot.I wish it held more than 2 cups, so its more for personal use rather than multiple people to use at one time or for more than a couple of servings of tea or other hot beverage, or to use for instant soups. The top is not easy to get off for rinsing/cleaning or refilling. It takes a bit of pulling/tugging becuse it fits so snug. Would not be a good idea to try to remove top if hot water is still inside the unit.
